Description

You will work as a freelance AI trainer, using your expertise in Ukrainian language to evaluate and improve large language models. You'll test models on grammar, syntax, and dialect nuances, document errors, and suggest improvements to training data and metrics.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Ukrainian language, linguistics, or closely related field
• Peer-reviewed publications or teaching experience preferred
• Hands-on linguistic analysis experience
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on language scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
