Description

You will manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize cash flow.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (AA degree preferred)
• At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience
• Familiarity with collections strategies and dispute resolution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding accounts and perform proactive collection activities
• Investigate and resolve payment variances, short pays, chargebacks
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
• Assist with customer invoicing and maintain billing contact records
• Partner with internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues
