Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle service requests and preventative maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, while preparing vacant apartments and maintaining the property. You'll provide excellent customer service and work an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or education in trades
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for emergency situations and on-call rotation
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently and 10-20 lbs constantly
• Reliable personal transportation and sharp professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements
• Preserve building beauty and community safety through general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Work weekends, evenings, and on-call for after-hour emergencies
