You'll serve as a trusted advisor to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across a portfolio of SMB accounts. You'll partner with customers to understand their business objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them through the Lattice platform, directly impacting customer outcomes and revenue growth. - Build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deliver greater customer value.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care Activation teams.
- Use data to support investment recommendations and mitigate churn.
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years of customer/account management experience.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience carrying a retention target or quota with compelling strategies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, Drift, Google Suite, and Slack.

- Experience in the HR Technology space.
- Ability to orchestrate closure of business with understanding of prospect needs.
