💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end onboarding process for SME and Mid-Market clients at an electric car leasing company, ensuring a world-class first impression and high initial engagement. You'll own the pipeline, timelines, and launch execution in partnership with Account Executives. This hybrid role is based in London's Oxford Circus with a minimum of 2 days per week in-office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding pipeline for SME and Mid-Market accounts
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Implementation, and Business Development
• Drive customer-facing launch plans and engagement activities
• Analyse data to improve onboarding processes and materials

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B customer-facing experience in onboarding or similar role
• Highly organised with ability to manage high-volume tasks
• Comfortable using data to drive decision-making
• Confident communicator with ability to engage diverse audiences
