💼 About This Role
You'll join Malt's Global Account Management team to drive local deployment and growth of enterprise accounts in the DACH region. You'll act as a strategic local partner, activating use cases, supporting first projects, and providing country-specific insights to scale multinational accounts. You'll work with a diverse team backed by top investors.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and drive local account strategies for global enterprise accounts.
- Build trust-based relationships with key local decision-makers.
- Lead integration of global framework agreements and pilot programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure top-tier client experience.
📋 Requirements
- Enterprise experience in Strategic Account Management or Enterprise Sales.
- Strategic vision to transform framework agreements into long-term plans.
- Commercial acumen and ability to articulate ROI.
- Full professional proficiency in English and German.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience managing major accounts in the DACH region.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC framework.
- AI-driven sales enablement experience.
