💼 About This Role

You'll join Malt's Global Account Management team to drive local deployment and growth of enterprise accounts in the DACH region. You'll act as a strategic local partner, activating use cases, supporting first projects, and providing country-specific insights to scale multinational accounts. You'll work with a diverse team backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and drive local account strategies for global enterprise accounts.
  • Build trust-based relationships with key local decision-makers.
  • Lead integration of global framework agreements and pilot programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure top-tier client experience.

📋 Requirements

  • Enterprise experience in Strategic Account Management or Enterprise Sales.
  • Strategic vision to transform framework agreements into long-term plans.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to articulate ROI.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German.

  • Experience managing major accounts in the DACH region.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC framework.
