💼 About This Role

You'll design and build next-generation cloud storage products for AI/HPC workloads at Crusoe, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. You'll architect highly performant, reliable, and scalable distributed storage systems critical to our platform. This role offers the chance to solve complex problems at petabyte scale and contribute to open-source storage projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build multi-petabyte cloud storage platform
• Design and implement high-performance, scalable storage architectures
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex distributed systems problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business-critical initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on proficiency in Go, Java, C/C++, or Rust
• Experience developing distributed storage infrastructure software at cloud scale
• Experience with file, object, or block storage products (e.g., NFS, Lustre, NVMe)
• Strong background in Linux filesystems (e.g., ext4, XFS, ZFS)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/HPC storage solutions like parallel filesystems or petabyte+ object storage
• Familiarity with RDMA and Infiniband networking
• Prior experience with GPU Direct Storage, F2FS, or SPDK
