You will counsel clients across the crisis communications practice, guiding them through reputational challenges and scenario planning. You will drive business growth, manage and mentor staff, and foster a collaborative team culture, while ensuring high-level strategic counsel and integrated communications across channels.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in crisis communications
• Experience in high-level strategic counsel and scenario planning
• Ability to mentor and manage staff
• Expertise in business development and team capacity planning
• Strong collaboration skills and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managing Director to drive business growth
• Bring in substantial new business
• Provide highest level of client service and communications strategy
• Serve as senior leader, increasing agency's strategic communications and digital fluency
• Drive integrated communications approach across owned, earned, paid media
