Requirements
- Strong grasp of customer needs, solution scoping, and implementation strategies
- Experience as a Technology Services consultant
- Ability to translate technology capabilities into solution roadmaps and measurable business value
- Experience in negotiating services revenue and margin
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales process for Professional Services in AMER
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for services bookings
- Partner with account executives and solution sales teams to identify and close services opportunities
- Lead discovery sessions and align tailored services proposals with customer objectives
- Develop high-quality proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs)
