Description

You will lead the Capture team for a real-time intelligence company, driving complex government, defense, and intelligence opportunities. You'll partner with Business Development, Product Management, and subject matter experts to develop and propose differentiated solutions, playing a critical role on the Go-To-Market team.

• Demonstrated success capturing complex opportunities across government, defense, and intelligence.
• Experience partnering with Business Development, Product Management, and subject matter experts.
• Ability to develop win strategies and cost-effective mission relevant solutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and propose differentiated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dynamic portfolio of bids, proposals, and strategic capture initiatives.
• Assess opportunity viability and lead bid/no-bid recommendations based on fit, resources, and win probability.
• Lead price-to-win strategies.
• Develop comprehensive capture plans, competitive assessments, and proposals that position BlackSky as the partner of choice for complex intelligence, defense, and commercial programs.
