As a Strategic SDR at Connecteam, you will work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market strategy. You'll test new growth initiatives, shape lead generation strategies, and provide real-time market insights. This high-impact role involves executing outbound and inbound prospecting, partnering with marketing to optimize campaigns, and building playbooks.
Requirements
- 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, experimental environment
- Execution-driven with strong ownership mentality
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems creatively
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings
- Partner with Marketing to design, test, and optimize go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights on messaging, targeting, and conversion
- Build and refine outbound/inbound playbooks based on real-world learnings
- Manage daily outreach, research, and discovery conversations while hitting activity and meeting targets
