You'll develop referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to drive partner growth and revenue generation. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop referral relationships with tech and HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors.
  • Create strategic referral networks for lead generation and partnership opportunities.
  • Identify and resolve issues cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to execute initiatives like events, email, and webinars.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years experience building relationships with tech/HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in SMB space.
  • Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce to manage sales cycles (preferred).
