Description

As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will keep technology running smoothly at our production facility, supporting colleagues with hardware, access, and daily IT requests. You'll gain hands-on experience configuring laptops, managing device lifecycles, and collaborating with teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Requirements

• Relevant study program (IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related)
• Passion for computer hardware and Windows or macOS
• Problem-solving and helping colleagues with technical questions
• Organized and comfortable with equipment setup and asset tracking
• Clear communication in English

Responsibilities

• Prepare, configure, and collect company devices for onboarding/offboarding
• Assist colleagues with hardware, accounts, and basic troubleshooting
• Manage lifecycle of company devices including setup, maintenance, repairs, and inventory
• Maintain workplace technology across Distribution Center and office
• Contribute to documentation and asset records
