🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project phases from concept to construction.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and weekly project planners.
• Coordinate consultant teams, contracts, and client communications.
• Review contract documents and ensure quality control prior to issuance.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in architecture.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency.
• Knowledge of building codes.

• Diverse commercial experience (industrial, office, retail).
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
