💼 About This Role

You'll lead teams responsible for reliability, scalability, and safe delivery of our SaaS platform, owning the end-to-end release lifecycle. Your impact will reduce deployment risk and improve time-to-value while maintaining compliance. This role balances senior-level people leadership with deep technical oversight of release engineering systems and cloud infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and grow DevOps, Infrastructure, and Release Engineering teams
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and release engineering strategy
• Ensure infrastructure follows security, compliance, and cloud best practices
• Own production readiness standards and incident response processes

📋 Requirements

• At least 8 years in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles
• At least 5 years managing engineering managers or senior technical teams
• Hands-on experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for SaaS platforms
• Strong experience with AWS and Azure

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GCP operating models
• Knowledge of progressive delivery tools like LaunchDarkly
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana
