💼 About This Role

You'll join an employee-owned company providing automation services to major energy partners. You'll support oil-field operations with on-site PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions in the Permian Basin. This role offers competitive wages and a strong benefits package including an ESOP.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onsite startup, services, troubleshooting, and documentation
• PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting on-site
• SCADA point-to-point mapping, configuration, and verification
• Radio troubleshooting and programming

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher in Instrumentation/Automation/Controls
• Four years' experience in oil field automation with PLC, HMI, and instrumentation
• Understanding of oil field automation concepts (CTB, SWD, Well pad, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass follicle drug test

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with specific communication protocols (MODBUS, TCP/IP, DeviceNet, CAN)
• Knowledge of wireless radios (Cambium, Freewave, Zeta, MDS)
• Familiarity with flow computers (ROC, ABB Totalflow)
