You'll join a fast-paced manufacturing team, performing MIG welding on sheet metal components. Your precision ensures quality in every build, working from blueprints and welding symbols.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform MIG welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Fit and assemble sheet metal components using clamps and fixtures
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and welding symbols
• Inspect and measure finished work using calipers and templates

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of MIG welding experience
• Experience with light gauge sheet metal (0.060" to 1/4" thickness)
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with aluminum and alloys
• Ability to perform tack welding and heat bending
