You'll support store leadership in providing an exceptional customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new team members and use your fandom knowledge to drive sales and daily operations. This role offers a chance to lead on the sales floor and contribute to a collaborative store environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return visits.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product using equipment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup processes.
• Familiarity with store KPIs like UPT and ADT.
