📋 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• 5+ years of nursing experience.
• 2+ years in care management.
• Active Compact RN license and residency in a compact NLC state.

• Current CCM Certification or eligibility within 6 months.
• Spanish speaking ability.
• Experience working remotely.
