📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 2-4 years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Sales, etc.)
  • Consultative mindset with active listening and tailored solutions
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft tools

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS/cloud solutions
  • CLM, CPQ, or Conga experience highly desirable
