- Manage a book of global complex customer accounts

📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- 2-4 years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Sales, etc.)
- Consultative mindset with active listening and tailored solutions
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft tools

- Experience with SaaS/cloud solutions
- CLM, CPQ, or Conga experience highly desirable
