You'll drive adoption, lead value realization activities, and resolve technical issues to ensure customer success. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a book of global complex customer accounts
• Perform adoption analysis and engage in joint planning

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2-4 years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Sales, etc.)
• Consultative mindset with active listening and tailored solutions
• Technical proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft tools

• Experience with SaaS/cloud solutions
• CLM, CPQ, or Conga experience highly desirable
