You'll build and grow delivery driver supply for Lalamove's new Riyadh operations. Your core impact is ensuring efficient driver acquisition and high service quality through team management and process optimization. This role offers a unique chance to shape the driver community in a new market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain driver acquisition and onboarding pipeline
• Lead driver community engagement and retention initiatives
• Enforce standard operating procedures for driver operations
• Track team performance and deploy improvement actions
• Hire, onboard, and train driver operations leads and associates

📋 Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 6 years operational leadership experience
• Team management experience with 3+ direct reports
• Cross-functional project management experience
• Fluent English and Arabic (written and spoken)
