🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure operational readiness through team check-ins and staffing review
• Provide team support, training, coaching, and mentoring
• Perform inventory management including ordering and waste tracking
• Monitor NPS responses and handle service recovery cases

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead role in high-touch customer service or healthcare
• Proven ability to foster collaborative team dynamics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Successful completion of One Medical clinical training and state certifications within 6 months

✨ Nice to Have

• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist experience
• Change management and process improvement experience
• Healthcare experience with billing and insurance knowledge
