💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the sales organization for the largest TMS platform, following a merger of two industry leaders. You'll own revenue growth, GTM execution, and market leadership while serving courier, last-mile, and healthcare logistics clients. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape a newly unified sales organization from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
  • Lead as a player-coach on complex opportunities and enterprise deals.
  • Build and scale the sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and operations.
  • Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline for accurate revenue visibility.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with 10+ in senior leadership owning multi-million-dollar targets.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile/logistics technology.
  • Proven track record building and scaling sales organizations from the ground up.
  • Forecasting accuracy using MEDDPICC, SPICED, or similar qualification frameworks.
