💼 About This Role

You'll own the data platform powering clinical operations, BI, and AI initiatives at an AI-enabled virtual specialty care company. Your work will directly impact cost-effective care for chronic conditions. You'll build scalable pipelines, design analytical models, and contribute backend code, all while leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS Glue and Airflow.
• Write production-grade Python for DWH logic and data transformations.
• Develop analytical data models for self-service BI and analytics.
• Build and maintain Looker semantic layers and dashboards.
• Contribute backend application code in Java (Spring Boot) or Python.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in data engineering or hybrid data/backend role.
• Expert-level Python for production data pipelines and ETL.
• Expert-level SQL including window functions and query optimization.
• Hands-on AWS data services experience with Glue, Redshift, Athena.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) for backend services.
• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or Data Analytics.
• Experience in health tech or regulated industries (HIPAA familiarity).
