You'll partner with the Head of Infrastructure to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and execute the team's roadmap. You'll lead planning, budgeting, and OKR reporting, ensuring alignment across technology, product, and finance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic planning and budgeting for infrastructure team.
• Manage cloud spend and budget with monthly trend analysis.
• Establish reporting and metric requirements for the team.
• Own communication strategy and organizational change management.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in business/program management at fintech or fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial management, budget analysis, and vendor management.
• Experience leading workforce strategy, recruitment, and talent management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence.
