๐ผ About This Role
You'll build and lead Hadrian's early career recruiting function from the ground up, designing strategy and programs to attract next-generation talent. You'll partner with engineering and factory operations leaders to create a best-in-class internship and early career program. This is a true 0 to 1 leadership opportunity at a company reindustrializing American manufacturing.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build, lead, and grow a team of early career recruiters and program leads
- Design and execute early career recruiting strategy across universities and trade schools
- Develop and own long-term partnerships with universities and student organizations
- Plan and lead campus and trade school recruiting events
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of university or early career recruiting experience
- 2+ years of experience managing leads or recruiting managers
- Proven success building or scaling early career programs in high-growth environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities and partner with diverse stakeholders

- Experience with trade schools, community colleges, and technical training programs
- Background in technical recruiting or manufacturing/aerospace environments
- Data-driven mindset and experience using insights to shape strategy
