You'll build and lead Hadrian's early career recruiting function from the ground up, designing strategy and programs to attract next-generation talent. You'll partner with engineering and factory operations leaders to create a best-in-class internship and early career program. This is a true 0 to 1 leadership opportunity at a company reindustrializing American manufacturing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, lead, and grow a team of early career recruiters and program leads
• Design and execute early career recruiting strategy across universities and trade schools
• Develop and own long-term partnerships with universities and student organizations
• Plan and lead campus and trade school recruiting events

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of university or early career recruiting experience
• 2+ years of experience managing leads or recruiting managers
• Proven success building or scaling early career programs in high-growth environments
• Ability to manage competing priorities and partner with diverse stakeholders
