Description

You will develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from private dining and events. You'll manage the full sales cycle, build client relationships, and collaborate with culinary and operations teams to drive bookings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in full-service restaurant, hotel, or catering
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Tripleseat)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plan to achieve revenue goals
  • Identify and secure new business via cold calling, networking, site inspections
  • Manage sales cycle from inquiry to booking and contract negotiation
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and community partners
  • Create sales packages, menus, and pricing strategies with Director of F&B and Executive Chef
