You'll join the global Referrals team at HelloFresh, building customer journeys and referral experiences that drive acquisition. Your core impact is turning happy customers into active advocates through CRM and product touchpoints. This role stands out for combining creativity with data in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute referral communication strategies across CRM and product touchpoints
• Orchestrate customer journeys for seamless messaging and consistent UX
• Partner with Product teams to improve referral UX/UI and launch new features
• Analyze performance trends and run experiments to optimize referral performance

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle, product, or growth marketing
• Degree in marketing, business, statistics, or STEM-related field
• Strong analytical mindset with performance data and experimentation experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience in tech, e-commerce, subscription, or marketplace businesses
• Referral or virality program experience
