You'll sell the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform to mid-market accounts, driving net new logo acquisition and expansion. You'll assess your territory, identify quick wins, and manage complex sales cycles to exceed revenue targets. This role offers accelerators above 100% quota attainment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Assess territory and develop execution strategy
- Sell solution-based value to new logo accounts
- Identify and close quick wins and complex cycles
- Track customer details and forecasting in Salesforce
- Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets
๐ Requirements
- Understanding of data platform and cloud ecosystems
- Experience exceeding sales targets/quotas
- Fluency in English and French
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience

- Exposure to software industry and SaaS selling
- Prospecting research and stakeholder mapping
- Understanding of MEDDPICC
