💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary onsite IT resource for KBRA's London office, providing first level support and partnering with the global IT team. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while managing support tickets. This role offers flexible hybrid work and a chance to grow in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Respond to support tickets and requests in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Zoom, VPN, and networking issues.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and equipment setup.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Zoom.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, VPN.

✨ Nice to Have

• MDM, VPN, and Microsoft Intune experience.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals.
