You will own the successful delivery of Qualia's most complex enterprise programs, defining implementation strategy and guiding cross-functional execution. Partnering with C-suite executives, you'll translate ambitious business objectives into actionable plans and drive transformative outcomes for clients and the real estate industry.

Requirements

• 10+ years in title, escrow, or real estate operations
• Proven success leading multi-year, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects
• Deep knowledge of title production systems (including Qualia)
• Recognized thought leader with strong professional network
• Exceptional executive communication and strategic vision

Responsibilities

• Define implementation vision and end-to-end strategy for enterprise engagements
• Own program leadership from kickoff through adoption
• Guide customer partnerships as primary executive liaison
• Design scalable technology-driven solutions from complex workflows
• Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, and Customer Success
