Description

Provide compassionate care and support to hospice patients and their families as part of an interdisciplinary team. You'll assist in various settings including home care, respite, inpatient, and administrative duties, helping to ensure dignity and comfort during the end-of-life journey.

Responsibilities

• Serve as part of the interdisciplinary team in home care, respite, inpatient, bereavement, or administrative settings
• Participate in general orientation
• Serve patients and families under guidance of Volunteer Coordinator and Case Manager
