You'll manage mental health needs of residents in skilled nursing facilities, conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to vulnerable populations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for residents.
• Conduct physical and psychosocial assessments.
• Collaborate with facility medical director and nursing staff.
• Communicate with families on treatment changes.

📋 Requirements

• Active PMHNP license in applicable state(s).
• DEA license.
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner national certification.
• Clinical background in adult, family, or geriatric specialties.
