๐ผ About This Role
You'll build and lead the enterprise sales function at Endgame, a platform that powers go-to-market with AI-driven context. Your core impact is closing the biggest deals while hiring and coaching a senior team. You'll partner directly with the CEO to shape every dimension of how a technical product is sold to technical buyers in a co-build motion.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Close Endgame's biggest deals top-down with CEO and FDE.
- Coach AEs through their hardest deals and step in personally.
- Hire and develop senior enterprise AEs against consultative motion.
- Keep the sales playbook current as product and ICP evolve.
- Own joint cadence between AEs and FDEs for co-build motion.
๐ Requirements
- Built an enterprise sales function from zero at an early-stage company.
- Sold technical product to CTOs, VPEs, Heads of Data or equivalent.
- Reported to a founder before, ideally more than once.
- Shipped a sales playbook that survived your tenure.
