๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll build and lead the enterprise sales function at Endgame, a platform that powers go-to-market with AI-driven context. Your core impact is closing the biggest deals while hiring and coaching a senior team. You'll partner directly with the CEO to shape every dimension of how a technical product is sold to technical buyers in a co-build motion.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Close Endgame's biggest deals top-down with CEO and FDE.
  • Coach AEs through their hardest deals and step in personally.
  • Hire and develop senior enterprise AEs against consultative motion.
  • Keep the sales playbook current as product and ICP evolve.
  • Own joint cadence between AEs and FDEs for co-build motion.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Built an enterprise sales function from zero at an early-stage company.
  • Sold technical product to CTOs, VPEs, Heads of Data or equivalent.
  • Reported to a founder before, ideally more than once.
  • Shipped a sales playbook that survived your tenure.
