You'll lead IT strategy and operations for a high-growth SaaS company, supporting a remote-first and in-office global workforce. You'll oversee IT Operations and Systems Engineering to ensure modern, secure, and efficient systems, and partner with Security, People, and Finance to make smart technology investments. This role is both strategic and operational, balancing long-term roadmap with daily service delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategy for global growth.
• Lead and mentor high-performing IT Operations and Systems Engineering teams.
• Oversee end-user computing, collaboration tools, and service delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally to align IT investments with business objectives.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in IT or Systems Engineering.
• 5+ years leading global, multi-function teams.
• Deep experience managing enterprise SaaS ecosystems (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Jira).
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Security, Procurement, and Go-To-Market Systems.
