You'll own and execute organic social media and email marketing campaigns for a growing software consultancy. You'll build the marketing engine from scratch, setting up HubSpot automation and driving measurable growth across channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own organic social media calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram
• Set up and optimise email marketing campaigns and workflows
• Support on-page SEO with metadata and content briefs
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Proven experience managing organic social channels
• Solid understanding of email marketing (segmentation, automation, A/B testing)
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (on-page optimisation, keyword research)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub)
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, or Asana
