💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic HR Business Partner for global business units, shaping people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability across a fast-growing, AI-powered hospitality tech company. This role carries significant responsibility for regional employment compliance across EMEA, including Spain, requiring deep labor law expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Align people strategy with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership coaching.
• Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion.
• Oversee regional employment compliance across Spain and EMEA.

📋 Requirements

• 3-4+ years of progressive HRBP or senior HR generalist experience.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish employment law, including CBAs and equality plans.
• Experience managing EOR and contractor compliance across multiple EMEA countries.
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders in a fast-paced environment.
