🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, and pruning
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions
• Inspect plants for health, pests, or disease and remove substandard plants
• Assist with harvest including cutting, trimming, weighing, and inventory recording
• Support curing process by hanging and dry-racking flowers and monitoring climate

📋 Requirements

• Experience with plant care in a professional or home gardening setting
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Knowledge of growing technologies such as lighting, irrigation, soil, and nutrients
• Hands-on experience in landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture
• Understanding of different cannabis strains and their growing needs
