💼 About This Role

You'll lead client onboarding and project execution for private market digitization at a growth-stage fintech. Manage scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. This role offers high visibility with C-suite and cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end project delivery for client onboarding and implementations
• Facilitate project meetings, track milestones, and manage risk
• Serve as primary escalation point for clients and internal teams
• Manage multiple concurrent work streams with cross-functional partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of client-facing project management experience
• Experience with enterprise stakeholders at large organizations
• Background in private markets (real estate, VC, private equity) or finance
• Demonstrated ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience with SaaS onboarding
• Familiarity with Jira or Asana
