💼 About This Role

You'll create an exceptional piercing and shopping experience for customers at our International Plaza studio. You'll assist with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards. This role is perfect for someone who loves jewelry and delivering top-notch customer service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and help them book appointments or check in.
• Assist customers in choosing and styling piercing and non-piercing jewelry.
• Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets.
• Keep studio clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

📋 Requirements

• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for full 8-hour shifts.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
