Description

You will help automate repetitive operational processes and implement state-of-the-art AI tooling across Legal, Security, and HR. Your mission is to transform Business Operations into an AI-first department by building agents and workflows that eliminate manual work and enable teams to focus on high-value strategic tasks. You'll work closely with Legal, HR, Security, and Leadership teams while taking ownership of impactful automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Enrolled student (Bachelor year 3+ or Master) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Excellent academic performance
• English at C1 level (mandatory)
• Strong interest in applied AI and a builder mentality
• Availability: 15–20 hours per week, based in Hamburg (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on AI agents and automated workflows for Legal, Security, and HR use cases
• Take ownership of the full lifecycle of automations including monitoring performance and ensuring technical stability
• Clean, structure, and prepare operational data (documents, CSVs, JSONs, databases)
• Connect internal tools (ERP, HR systems, knowledge bases) with AI models via APIs and modern tooling
• Test and validate AI outputs rigorously to ensure reliability in regulatory and legal contexts
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain results to non-technical stakeholders
