💼 About This Role

You'll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in children's homes, following behavior intervention plans supervised by a BCBA. You'll collect data on client progress, attend team meetings, and make a meaningful impact on children's development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and kneel, squat, crawl

✨ Nice to Have

• Active CPR certification preferred
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Experience in early intervention with children aged 2–6
