💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's reconditioning team to identify cosmetic imperfections on vehicles and indicate proper repairs. Your work ensures cars meet our high standards before reaching customers. You'll use state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicle exteriors and interiors for cosmetic defects
• Indicate required repairs for reconditioning process
• Assist in prepping vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, taping)
• Perform buffing and tear-down tasks as needed

📋 Requirements

• 6 months of professional automotive prepping or body repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
