💼 About This Role

You'll support the development and maintenance of the company's SOX internal control framework, coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor SOX activities. You'll ensure tasks are completed on time and drive compliance initiatives in a dynamic global environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain the company's SOX internal control framework
• Execute SOX activities including control documentation and testing
• Manage assigned SOX workstreams from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and align requirements

📋 Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SOX compliance (SOX 404)
• CPA Certification required
• Proven experience reviewing and analyzing SOC 1 reports
• Advanced Excel skills
