You'll serve as the primary technical partner for monitoring company customers, ensuring the **reliability and performance** of mission-critical emergency call flows. You'll operate at the intersection of customer operations, telephony, and engineering, helping customers run stable systems while guiding them toward the next generation of the RapidSOS platform. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role in a company handling over 1,380 emergencies per minute.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with **APIs**, distributed systems, or cloud-based platforms.
  • Comfortable working in environments where uptime, latency, and reliability matter.
  • Ability to operate effectively during live incidents and drive timely resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical relationships for a portfolio of monitoring company customers.
  • Design, launch, and optimize call flows including telephony routing and failover strategies.
  • Monitor system performance, identify risks, and drive improvements to reliability and latency.
  • Lead incident response coordination and root cause analysis for customer-impacting issues.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
