Description

As a Sales Engineer, you will partner with senior Account Executives to bring Samsara's emerging IoT products to market at scale. You'll own the technical discovery, proof of value, and technical close for enterprise accounts, while feeding field insights to Product and GTM teams. This role requires 50% travel and offers the chance to digitally transform critical physical operations industries.

Requirements

  • Experience introducing and scaling emerging products in key markets
  • Worked across commercial, mid-market, enterprise, and strategic accounts
  • Comfortable as a peer-level strategist to senior AEs and SEs
  • Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and builds playbooks
  • Experience working with Product and Product Marketing to improve value proposition

Responsibilities

  • Technically champion deal qualification and alignment with product capabilities
  • Drive and own trials/proofs of value for emerging products
  • Work with sales to define pilot strategy and success metrics
  • Own technical discovery and positioning for new product lines
  • Partner with GTM and Product to provide field feedback and shape roadmap
