You'll manage renewals and drive revenue growth for key accounts at a cybersecurity SaaS company. You'll own the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities, ensuring clients see continuous value from our platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive timely and successful contract renewals for key accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead negotiations for renewals and expansions
- Track renewal rates, upsell success, and account health metrics
๐ Requirements
- Commercial experience in SaaS renewals and revenue growth
- Cyber security knowledge particularly in Third-Party Risk Management
- Proven negotiation skills for contracts and renewals
- Data-driven mindset with focus on metrics impacting revenue
