  • Drive timely and successful contract renewals for key accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead negotiations for renewals and expansions
  • Track renewal rates, upsell success, and account health metrics

  • Commercial experience in SaaS renewals and revenue growth
  • Cyber security knowledge particularly in Third-Party Risk Management
  • Proven negotiation skills for contracts and renewals
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on metrics impacting revenue
