Description

As an Account Manager at Nextdoor, you will manage advertising partnerships and drive campaign success for brands and agencies using our platform. You'll own client relationships, optimize campaign performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results while contributing to a purpose-driven culture.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years account management or client services at digital media/advertising company or agency
  • Strong understanding of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization in platform-based media buying
  • Track record of retaining and growing customer relationships
  • Hands-on experience optimizing brand awareness and performance KPIs
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset; deliver actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Manage advertiser platform buys from onboarding to campaign execution
  • Build and manage strong partnerships with brand and agency partners
  • Proactively monitor campaign delivery and performance, solve issues timely
  • Own data-driven upsell and renewal conversations to retain and grow partnerships
  • Create and present strategic POVs, campaign wrap-ups, and Quarterly Business Reviews
