You will work with complex criminal justice data to develop analyses and tools that target the drivers of incarceration, translating policy concepts into quantitative metrics and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Enthusiasm for working with diverse partners
• Sufficient math or statistical background
• 2+ years practical experience exploring and analyzing data

• Leveraging criminal justice datasets to generate context-responsive insights
• Adapting analytical methods to quantify policy-design tradeoffs
• Contextualizing and communicating key findings to stakeholders
• Collaborating with Data Science and Implementation Engineering teams
• Collaborating with Product Management and State Engagement teams
