💼 About This Role

You'll build and operationalize NLP and LLM models for search and summarization at Loopio, bringing prototypes to production. You'll optimize embedding pipelines and fine-tuning methods to improve model accuracy and robustness. This role requires close collaboration with global teams across Canada, UK, and India.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable ML services and inference pipelines
• Optimize embedding pipelines, prompt strategies, and fine-tuning methods
• Integrate models with retrieval systems and knowledge sources
• Participate in technical design reviews and improve ML engineering practices

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years applying ML in production with NLP and LLMs
• Deep experience with transformer models and embedding-based methods
• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience building scalable ML services with attention to latency and observability

• Experience with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Experience with agentic components like control flow and state management
